Professional Experience

All projects done during my employment at Nir Portal Architects.

JAPANIKA Kfar saba

I took the initiative to create the initial plans, including structural, plumbing, electrical detailing, flooring, ceiling, and lighting. These were presented to the client for approval. My superior handled the Furniture Plan and sections. After the client's approval, I developed a comprehensive set of execution plans. I then collaborated with my supervisor on intricate wood, metal, and stainless steel kitchen furniture detailing. Once detailing was complete, we selected the materials for the project. The pictures on the left side show the final results.

PIANO PIANO Tel Aviv Port

I created the initial structural, plumbing, electrical, flooring, ceiling, and lighting plans, which were approved by the client. My superior handled the Furniture Plan and sections. After approval, I developed execution plans and collaborated with my senior on a detailed 3D model. We presented our design to the Tel Aviv port architect and finalized the detailing for stainless steel kitchen furniture, outdoor metal, and wood elements. We then selected materials and sourced 116 colorful "Remind" chairs, along with standard and bar chairs. The pictures on the left show the final results.

IVRY Park Ariel Sharon

I created the initial structural, plumbing, electrical, flooring, ceiling, and lighting plans, which were approved by the client. My superior handled the Furniture Plan and sections. After approval, I developed execution plans and collaborated with my senior on a PowerPoint presentation. I arranged the outdoor furniture, while my manager executed the interior design, and under my supervisor's guidance, I detailed the wood furniture. We then selected project materials and documented the transformation of Park Ariel Sharon with photographs taken before, during, and after construction.

JUNA Ashdod

I took charge of the initial plans, including structural, plumbing, electrical, flooring, ceiling, and lighting, which were then submitted for client approval. My superior handled the first-floor plan and sections. After approval, I developed comprehensive execution plans. Collaborating with my senior, we detailed key furniture elements like the bar station, cashier desk, kitchen sink cabinet, and cladding walls. After finalizing the detailing, we selected the project materials. We documented the Ashdod site with photos taken before the design phase, with the final results shown on the left.

BANA Kiryat Bialik, Pardes Hanna

In both branches, I initiated the project by creating and presenting the initial set of plans for client approval, covering key aspects such as the structural, plumbing, electrical, ceiling, and lighting plans. The Furniture Plan was expertly managed by my superior. Additionally, I collaborated with my senior to meticulously execute the wood detailing for various elements, including intricate designs for wine storage, beer storage, the cashier desk, and other components. The pictures on the left showcase the final results.

BALILIUS Building 07-08 + 06-05

The project was divided between Buildings 5 and 6, and 7 and 8, each featuring three penthouses per floor, as well as the main lobby, for which we handled the design. After receiving client approval for the penthouses, I developed an execution plan to guide the project's implementation. Under the guidance of my senior, I focused on the intricate wood detailing for the kitchen and W.C. closet furniture. Once the lobby design was approved, the project moved into the implementation phase, driven by the execution plan I developed. The lobby design, expertly crafted by my senior, played a key role in the project's overall success.

SMALL PROJECTS: ATTENTION TO DETAIL

I contributed to several projects, including La Pane, Pizza Chakra, University, Aloha, Nadi, Don Giuseppe, and Nafis. The pictures on the left highlight the final results of Aloha Sarona Market and University Exact Sciences. At Aloha, we designed a self-service payment kiosk that blends seamlessly with the existing design. For University Exact Sciences, we created an outdoor area with effective shading solutions, ensuring a comfortable space for visitors.
